12.2/10 Quick review I love sushi, and from seattle to San Diego Show Sushi might be the best overall experience. I do the all you can eat sushi which is reasonably priced (about 40$ )- Don't order too much it's 1$ for each roll left-- this place has a modern vibe and well placed TV's make this the perfect place to watch a sporting event. Good service GREAT quality fish and the flavors are authentic and balanced. MAKE THE TRIP My go to rolls Jessica albacore, dragon roll, San Dimas, shooting star Las Vegas, zen and last but not least DIABLO* More details My brother has been coming here since they opened and were half the size. That used to actually put on a show with lights and music pre covid hence the name. Service is fast and attentive, they are usually busy so it's not the typical overly friendly in hopes of getting a tip service, they simply let the quality earn their favor. I've been over 5 times and the quality and flavor is what keeps me coming back HIGHLY RECOMMEND! - Price vs value [ 8.7] all you can eat is a great deal - Stop by score [8.3] can get busy - Return rating aka Spin back score [10] my go to spot

This place blew my mind. This was amazing and I loved it so much. I almost didn't want to write a review because I don't want it to get too popular. I have had such a hard time finding a great sushi place that offers AYCE. Typically I found that there were good parts of their offerings and other items were not as good. But Show Sushi was great all around. The appetizer options, the rolls, the nigiri, the carpaccio. It was all so good! I didn't even remember to take any photos from how amazed I was. I kept expecting that the next round would include something that was just ok or was a let down but fortunately that was not the case. The fish quality was top notch. Every type of fish had its uniquely fresh flavor as opposed to other sushi places where all pieces of fish end up tasting the same. Here, the salmon was buttery and bright. The octopus with tender and salty. All accompaniments complimented the fish so well. The flavors in the rolls worked together amazingly. The rice portioning was perfect. They didn't load up the nigiri or sushi rolls with rice. I did not leave overly full and uncomfortable. I was very full but in a satisfied way vs regretting my decisions to eat sushi. Set proper expectations with the wait time to be seated. We waited about an hour but trust me when I say that we were so happy that we did. I cannot wait to go back and I definitely will be going back.

Delicious sushiiii the ayce is definitely a great deal! My favorites were the following: - carpaccios - signature sushi - sashimi - gyozas (oddly juicy and delish even though not something I'd normally order at ayce) - Final Fantasy Roll (I also usually don't love rolls but this was deliciousss!) The yellowtail was my favoriteeeeee; really fresh, buttery and soft The service was amazing and the servers had great recommendations! Ambiance was cute and dark but definitely a good vibe here.

If you can, join the wait list ahead of time. You can taste the freshness and quality of the food! Service was quick and they have it running like a machine. Although, we did have to ask for a fork more than once. Would definitely go back and try different items, but you really can't go wrong with anything you order.

Best AYCE sushi for the price and quality. So good, would highly come here and get multiple rounds of their carpaccio. Great selection and variety of seafood. Sashimi: Fresh and buttery, cut is thicker compared to Carpaccio. Squid was cooked well had the perfect amount of bounce and texture. Carparcio: Highly recommend ordering this when you come here. Love this compared to ordering Sashimi because it has lightly sauced and garnished with fried onion and garlic. Fried Squid Leg: Nicely fried and marinated. Salmon Skin Hand: Not a big fan of the marination, but hand roll was rolled well. Salmon Skin Salad: Basically, cooked salmon on a salad.

Love Show Sushi. We have been coming here for years, and it never disappoints us. It gets really busy, so you may have to wait sometimes, but it is worth it!

Show sushi continues to be packed because they continue to be consistent with their fish quality. Definitely an excellent value and I like how they expanded their options to incorporate sashimi and carpaccio options for a minor price upgrade. Service continues to be great as the waiters do a great job collaborating to make sure all tables are being served in a timely manner. The building is big but congested with many tables and chairs everywhere but the experience is still comfortable.

How have I lived so close to this restaurant and never thought to come here... until recently, when I was satisfying my postpartum craving for sashimi, I've been twice in a month span. And boy did I eat a lot. I would only come for the AYCE menu because unless you are daintier than me and can only eat one roll, you might as well pay the flat fee and order whatever the heck you want. The nigiri is great; they really understand the customer because the cut of fish is draped atop this itty bitty rice ball. The rolls are quite generous and sometimes I wish it would only come with 4 pieces just so I could try more on the menu. Service has been excellent the two times I've been, and definitely utilize the Yelp waitlist if you're planning to go.

Ya'll they know what they're doing at this restaurant. I feel like the people that run this restaurant knows what customers want. Get them seated, get their menus, drinks and let them order their food. The service was quick, fast, and pretty decent for a busy AYCE place. Highly recommend getting here early as well as out your name on their YELP waitlist before you come!!!! Game changer! The food was good! We got the premium option to be able to get the carpaccio for only 4 bucks more. Second time I've been here and every time it's been a hit! Inserts fire emoji** Will definitely be back. Come check it out yall!
